Looks and Feel: Overall the microphone looks, well, weird. It's fairly large, wrapping completely around your ear and then around to your mouth where there is a large "boom" microphone. On the other end is a cable (this is a wired headset) that eventually leads down to a "pod" with the controls, and then you have more cable that leads to the device. The color scheme is a mixture of dark blue, black and an off-white color for the boom microphone mainly. It does look a little clunky, but overall the package is quite lightweight and was surprisingly comfortable aside from the boom microphone occasionally getting in the way, may want to take it off for lunch.

Features: Obviously being a wired, large microphone design, what it lacks in wireless it makes up for in excellent sound quality. The large microphone picks up your voice excellently and delivers similar high quality audio directly into your ear, the obvious downside is dealing with the cable. Overall, it's a pretty average wired headset as far as features go, a simple control "pod" with volume controls and call controls. It does have an interesting way to store part of the cable though, the control pod is actually designed to have the cable wrapped around it, minimizing much of the cable hassle.

Bottom Line: If your looking for excellent call quality but don't mind a big package, the Body Glove Apex Air Boom is a great choice.
