For exchanged/replaced
items the return shipping is FREE through Super Saver Shipping
mode. |

For exchanged goods the original
packing must be complete with boxes and manuals. |

The returns without the RMA
number will be considered INVALID and shall be shipped
back to the customer at their own expense. |

returns are not considered for refund in all scenarios. |

The closed box
returns are subjected to a handling and
banking charge of 5% or
$5, whichever amount is higher. |

The shipping charges are
non-refundable. |

The Software products are
non-refundable. They can only be exchanged. |

The returned item must be
sent in original packing, along with boxes and manuals. |

The refunds are subjected
to inspection and approval.
