Moftware values its customers and ensures that all return requests are handled with extreme care. Our customer friendly return policy lets you process refund/replacement requests quickly and with ease.

SENDING RETURNS
1. Generate the Return Form by filling in the details below.
2. Print the Return Form and fill it out completely.
3. Next, email us @: care@wireless4cheap.com for a RMA#.
4. Once a RMA# is obtained, send your package using a traceable shipping mode to:

5. Ensure that you have a copy of the Return Form inside the return package along with the merchandise for return/exchange. Remember to clearly mark your return package with your RMA# for faster processing of your order.

The returns without the RMA number will be considered INVALID. You should call our customer care department for getting an authorized RMA number.
The wireless4cheap has a 7 day exchange/refund policy. You should refer to FAQ before proceeding.
Exchanges/Replacements
  NOTE: For questions regarding returns/exchanges policy for international orders, please email or call our customer service.
1. For exchanged/replaced items the return shipping is FREE through Super Saver Shipping mode.
2. For exchanged goods the original packing must be complete with boxes and manuals.
3. The returns without the RMA number will be considered INVALID and shall be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Refunds
1. open box returns are not considered for refund in all scenarios.
2. The closed box returns are subjected to a handling and banking charge of 5% or $5, whichever amount is higher.
3. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. The Software products are non-refundable. They can only be exchanged.
5. The returned item must be sent in original packing, along with boxes and manuals.
6. The refunds are subjected to inspection and approval. The returns without the RMA number will be considered INVALID and shall be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
 
NOTE: You should select the desired item for which you wish to avail the refund or replacement. Next you should enter the desired quantity. Based upon your selection, a RETURN SLIP will be generated. Take a printout of it. Send one signed copy of RETURN SLIP to us, and keep another copy of it for your future reference.

Thereafter, call our Customer Care at the number(s) provided on our site, for obtaining the RMA number. We will send you replacement or notify you about the refund, as per your choice.
